Registered Social Worker / Psychotherapist
Savannah is a trauma-informed therapist with experience in individual, couples, and family counselling. She specializes in postpartum support, conflict resolution, and navigating mental health challenges during life transitions. Her approach is rooted in empathy and non-judgment, creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing.
With a BSW focused on child welfare and experience supporting families in the child welfare system, Savannah brings both clinical expertise and lived insight. Her academic work explores systemic oppression, anti-Black racism, and equity—critically analyzing how policy and practice affect marginalized communities.
Jordan Lyons, BA
Certified Youth & Young Adult Life Coach
Jordan is a certified life coach, youth care specialist, and child and youth worker. He helps youth and young adults with goal setting, leadership development, mental resilience, and financial education. He’s dedicated to empowering young people to lead fulfilling lives.
Jordan has worked across education, justice, and child welfare systems. He holds a degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a Certificate in Business. His passion lies in teaching macroeconomics and global finance to support stronger financial literacy in the next generation.
Leah Boelhouwer, BA, BSW, MSW
Registered Social Worker / Psychotherapist
Leah brings over 25 years of experience in social work, primarily in the Toronto community. She played a pivotal role at The Works, helping launch Ontario’s first safe injection site. She’s deeply experienced in harm reduction, substance use, and mental health support.
Her work includes trauma-informed counselling, health promotion, grief support, and case management. As a mother of three, Leah brings both professional and personal insight to her compassionate and client-focused care.
