Savannah Lyons - BSW, MSW Registered Social Worker
Savannah is experienced in providing support through various avenues including family conference planning, couples & individual counselling, and postpartum support. She is committed to creating trauma-informed non-judgmental, safe spaces for clients, offering a foundation of compassion and empathy. Savannah assists individuals, couples, and families in their journey toward healing and growth by helping them navigate mental health, life changes, and conflict, supporting overall well-being.
A mother herself, Savannah has developed a passion for supporting others navigating the challenges of parenthood. She holds a BSW specialization in child welfare and has experience supporting families engaging with the child welfare system. Savannah’s academic research and lecture experience primarily focus on systemic oppression, anti-Black racism, equity and the study of whiteness and their impacts on policy, procedure and practice.

Jordan Lyons - B.A, Certified Youth & Young Adult Life Coach
Jordan has extensive experience working with youth and young adults from all backgrounds, guiding them in goal-setting, confidence building, leadership development, interpersonal skills, passion development, mental resilience, reintegration and financial education. Jordan is dedicated to empowering this generation and the next to achieve their full potential and lead successful, fulfilling lives.
Jordan Lyons has worked with youth and young adults across various systems, including education, criminal justice, and child welfare. These experiences have given Jordan crucial skills and insight into working with youth and young adults of diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Jordan graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor's Degree in Labour Studies and a Certificate in Business. He is a certified Life Coach, Youth Care Specialist and Child and Youth Worker. He is passionate about educating others on macroeconomics and global finance to empower them to make better financial decisions in their lives.
Leah Boelhouwer - BA, BSW, MSW Registered Social Worker
Leah is a dedicated mother of three and holds a Master's Degree in Social Work. With 25 years of experience in various social work settings, Leah has primarily served the community within the City of Toronto. She has played a pivotal role at The Works, where she served as a supervisor and helped implement Ontario's first safe injection site.
A significant part of Leah's career has been focused on substance use and mental health, working extensively with individuals and families. She is skilled in providing trauma-informed counselling, Health promotion teaching, case management, health and wellness support, and grief and loss support. Leah’s extensive experience and commitment to her work ensure that her clients receive compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective care.
